Reviews
Nice and clean restaurant when entering a few minutes it opened. I ordered their Red Curry with a chicken and Sesame Chicken.
The Red Curry is a generous size with average taste and not the kind of thick curry that red curry is usually made but, it does have a kick of spice. I think this dish is for those who can handle mild spices and like the curry more on the runny side.
The Sesame Chicken. It’s great that it came be made gluten free which they skip the flour mix battering for the meat however, the portion is quite smaller than the red curry and the look of it seems like it’s sweet & sour chicken instead. It is extremely sweet like orange zest with sugar. It’s overpowering like those who like their sweets amount as dessert. If you can zoom into the photo, you may see the sugar in the dish that wasn’t fully dissolved in the sauce and didn’t see sesame seeds but, the rice portion was good. My digestion couldn’t tolerate the sugar levels so, I don’t recommend this dish if you have stomach/digestion sensitivity or can’t tolerate large amount of sugar.
If the owner or employees read this review,
A helpful tip: I think other customers would appreciate if you separate the rice and sesame dish because the rice soaks up the sauce and if there could be a sweet level option to ensure satisfaction from each different customers that come and go, it’ll be great.
Overall the service was great and the food came in reasonable time but, leaving three stars because of preference wise. I enjoying authentic Thai food so, this one is not bad but, is catered to American people or others that can’t handle authentic Thai food. The sesame chicken threw me off and is extremely sweet so don’t order it if you don’t like sugary dish.
My husband and baby came here for the first time and for the most part it was a positive experience. They were pretty busy and with 2 people at the front handling everything being waited on was a bit slow. My husband had the crab fried rice and i had the yellow curry with chicken. Portions were pretty big, i was actually surprised. He really enjoyed the rice and i absolutely love the curry with chicken, 15/10. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again in the future.
Edit: we came back a week later, food was still delicious. Here's some additional pictures
The food is quite good. I've had the Red Curry a few times now, and it is probably the best Red Curry I've ever had. I just had two of their dessert, the Mango and Sweet Sticky Rice and their Fried Banana with Toasted Ice-Cream, and they were very good as well. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because other times I've been here, they do get backed up with lots of orders, causing the service to be a bit slower. Overall, I definitely would be back.
Our server Ehma, was very courteous and prompt! The pad se ew was delish and the soup was un-pho-gettable
Great little Thai spot! The sauces are great and the portions are very filling. Super fast and friendly service! We are looking forward to eating here again soon.
First timer, not disappointed! We stopped in for lunch and ordered a nice variety. The creamy Thai tea is delicious.
The lobster rolls were an awesome appetizer. Crispy and creamy, the sauce was citrusy - a great combination. (half eaten in photo)
We ordered the pork drunken noodles, vegetable green curry and Thai fried rice lunch specials. Good portions and a nice salad with each. Spice level 3 was perfect for our palates, spicy but not overpowering the flavor.
Our server Evan killed it. Very friendly, attentive and quick on the refills.
Will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The owner hostess was courteous and friendly. The food is of typical Thai fares. I opted for the Burma Southern National Dish, Burmese Mon Hinga. The taste was ok, perhaps a bit more acid? The appetizer Beef Jerkey and Sticky Rice was good, not spectacular. My mom and aunt are happy to have this restaurant next door.
My wife and I ate here for the first time today. We were drawn by the high ratings, they are warranted in our opinion. My wife had the pad ruom mid, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, the sauce was flavorful and light. I had the chicken satay and the spring rolls, both were top notch. We're looking forward to our next visit already.
